The police staff pay award for 2023/24 has been agreed and will be in September’s pay.
All spinal column points have been increased by 7%, this has been applied with effect from 1 September 2023 and the revised salaries are available now on the Pay Section Intranet page and on the Payslip Portal. Please note that the increase may mean that some staff will find themselves in a different pension banding and therefore the percentage of pension contributions will be increased.
Some allowances remain to be amended and these will be actioned in October’s pay.
Please ensure that you check your interactive payslips when they are available and report any concerns to the Paysection mailbox asap
It is unclear when the next negotiations will commence but we will inform you when we know any information.
