Following the McCloud judgement where government changes to the local government pension scheme (LGPS)meant that some workers were found to adversly affected, (McCloud Judgement), a remedy was decided upon. First of all if you havent already signed up to the LGPS website please do, where you can check on your current pension status, and forcast, and then if you check the McCloud remedy link you can check how you may have been affected by the changes and remedy. Not all members are adversly affected.
